JOB DESCRIPTION: Providing an exceptional culinary experience whilst on board.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Simone grew up in Sardinia, where he found his passion for cooking at an early age, thanks to his grandmother and family of farmers and butchers. He started his culinary journey in the Hotel Chervo, located in Porto Cervo in Sardinia, Italy. After two years, he moved to Saint Martin to work as the head chef in the Restaurant Capriccio. Later, Simone worked in the restaurant Le Sand as a sous chef. A year later, he started in the super yacht world as a relief chef. Simone has been working in the super yacht industry for almost seven years, discovering new flavors and techniques. He has received great feedback for his use of local ingredients and interpretation of Mediterranean and International cuisine. Simone enjoys getting involved in the fishing activities on the boat so he can fillet and prepare the fish.
EDUCATION/LICENSES: Culinary Degree.

WATERS CRUISED: Caribbean Sea, Mediterranean, East Coast, West Coast, Galapogas, Atlantic.
